About Creative Support

Founded in 1990, Creative Support is one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit providers of supported housing and living services. We promote choice, opportunity and wellbeing for thousands of people with support needs to lead happy and fulfilling lives. We are an equal opportunities employer, developing a culture of inclusion and building diversity in our workplaces. We’re a Disability Confident Employer, supporting staff with a range of disabilities through our Personnel and Health & Safety Team. Our offices are all fully accessible. Alongside our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training, all employees must complete courses covering Mental Health Awareness, Positive about Autism, Mental Capacity Act and Understanding Learning Disabilities. We are a Stonewall Champion accredited employer and have an LGBTQ+ Network which provides a safe space for people to network, access peer support, attend and help organise events and campaigns, socialise, and make change at our organisation. As part of our Black Lives Matter; Manifesto for Action, we established an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Network to raise up the voices of Black and ethnic minority colleagues. The Network hosts regular Zoom sessions on a varierty of topics, including intersectionality with a crossover event held by both the EDI and the LGBTQ+ Networks. Here at Creative Support we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender/gender identity, ethnicity and disability. We’re also proud recipients of the Investors in People Silver award. No previous experience is required and full training is provided; all we need from you is your caring spirit, your optimism, and your passion to help improve people’s lives. We look forward to hearing from you!
