At Croud we are determined to be the best employer possible. The people that work for Croud are, and always will be, our number one priority. We strive to build a collaborative culture; however, we recognise that there is always more that we can do proactively to ensure we are enabling and promoting a more diverse and inclusive culture at Croud.
In 2020, we launched our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) agenda, a programme which saw us launch Croud’s first D&I steering committee as well as our diversity and inclusion report
- something which we will continue to report on yearly. Although we have just begun on our D&I journey, we are committed to making progressive changes across the business, including by diversifying our talent pool and building a more inclusive culture.
We believing in championing and cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture centered on belonging and creating a community for all Croud employees, Croudies and stakeholders, irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, religion, sex, age or marital status.
