We are looking for a Sales Advisor (1 post) to join our Growth and Development team.

Working as part of the Growth and Regeneration Team, the role will support the Head of Sales and Sales Manager on all sales related activities. Responsible for the day to day delivery of the Onward Living sales programme from pre-sale to completion, delivering strong sales results to meet targets and provide an excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries to ensure all sales targets are met, liaise with Help to Buy agent on applications, arrange and host property viewings, plan and attend launch events and open days.

In addition, administering property reservations, assisting customers through the purchase process; contributing to the analysis of new development opportunities and maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required.

It is essential that you have experience of marketing or selling properties; ICT skills including MS Office to support maintaining databases, systems, and digital communications; Commitment to delivering excellent customer service; an understanding of shared ownership and the ability to cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
